"I transferred to Dennis office from another State Farm agent. I have been working with Maria and she has been amazing. Maria has been reviewing all the different coverages we have and she found some mistakes. She has been diligently working on correcting the mistakes. During this process, she has kept me informed on all the steps she is taking to fix things and has explained to me how the mistakes happened. "After my former insurance agent retired, State Farm transferred my home, automotive and other policies to a new agent, Dennis Sullivan. Dennis met with me and took great care to ensure that I had appropriate coverage for each item. One vehicle is being reclassified as seldom driven and a discount will be applied. Dennis is reevaluating all coverages and will recommend changes, where changes are needed. I believe that Dennis goes the extra mile to deliver truly personalized service. I’ll also put in a good word for Desiree – I’ve known her for a long time. I know her to be hard working, caring and compassionate."

"Our policies were moved to Dennis after our previous State Farm agent retired. Dennis was quick to respond and engage. Additionally, he worked with us to evaluate all of our current policies and coverage levels. "I have only just signed up for State Farm auto insurance, but, chose them because of a small fender bender a got in where the other driver was at fault and State Farm was their insurer. The process to submit the claim and get my vehicle fixed was seamless, fast, and everyone was friendly and helpful. So, when it was time to renew my auto policy, I wanted to see what State Farm could offer. I found their rate to be highly competitive for the amount of coverage and the customer service was top notch. "I kept the same insurance for years before I got fed up with the cost and shopped around. I was suprised to see how much money Dennis saved me by bundling my insurance, home, auto and an umbrella policy. I am especially pleased with the personal advice and service whenever I have questions or problems. I call them up and question away. I hadn't been with State Farm that long when we had the horrible hail storm May 2023. State Farm was responsive to claim and I believe treated me very fairly as far as the claim settlement. Then not long after in 2024 I had a small auto claim! So far they haven't canceled me and I am thankful for that when I read about other peoples experiences with their insurance providers. I'm happy with the service, coverage and prices and definitely recommend Dennis Sullivan State Farm for your home and auto coverage."
